My role: As Transition Coordinator my role is to streamline the onboarding of new financial advisors and serve as their point person to access the support team when needed. The position is designed to assist new advisors in getting accustomed to HBI and to be a knowledge-based resource to help mitigate any disruption to their business operations.
Service excellence means: Being able to meet both the current and future needs of HBI's financial professionals, and assisting with training so these individuals can fully leverage the resources we offer to improve their business. Service Excellence is also derived from clear communication channels and consistent follow-up when needed.
